Resistance exercises are not only a good weight loss workout, they are also ideal for added variety to sessions. Its important to get all aspects of training involved to constantly keep your body guessing. Strong bonds are formed, and friendly banter is evident to me as likeminded people come together and push each other to meet goals and targets.

Here we have one of the bodyweight exercises performed regularly. This exercises strengthens the core muscles, tightening up the abs and promotes a toned stomach.
