We begin with an intro session at the gym where we explain how everything works, and prescribe the most effective training and nutrition program for you.

WORK WITH YOUR NEW COACH

After completing your intro session you’ll be paired with your personal coach, they’ll make sure you stay on track and get results without feeling confused and overwhelmed.

LIFE CHANGING TRAINING

Every week you’ll be coached through three coaching sessions that are specifically designed to help you reach your fat loss or strength and muscle building goals.

This is not a one-size-fits-all system, instead you’ll follow a scientifically proven fat loss or strength and muscle building program.

FLEXIBLE NUTRITION

Nutrition guidance that is individualised to you – we use a flexible approach so you can get results without missing social events or feeling like you’re constantly on a restrictive “diet”.

WEEKLY CHECK-INS

As well as having daily support in the gym and on our app, you’ll also have a weekly check-in where your personal coach will provide resources and strategies to make sure you’re still heading towards your goals.

PROGRESS TRACKING

We show you how to track your physical progress – every week your personal coach will assess your results and make any necessary adjustments.
