I have been in the fitness industry for many years now. It is my passion, and I consider myself lucky to be able to say I love what I do. I live by the principle ‘if you haven’t got your health, you haven’t got anything’. This reflects in all aspects of my life and I maintain a healthy lifestyle as standard. It hasn’t been easy and it has taken several years to perfect and get into a good balance of training and nutrition. So I share the knowledge I have learned though research and personal experience with hundreds of people, and achieved some great results with them and changed their lives for the better, forever. Once healthy nutrition and a good exercise routine is in place, it becomes addictive to follow and to continue onwards and upwards in reaching a goal. Whether it is fat loss, gaining muscle, training for competitions or marathons, it all requires dedication, motivation and commitment, and these are qualities I install into my clients.
